Nassh healthcare are currently seeking Care Assistants to support our clients in the local community and Supported living developments.


To provide high quality care to service users in their own homes in accordance with their support plan, in line with the person-centred approach.
To provide personal care, washing, dressing/undressing, toileting, continence care, bathing/showering, mobility and transfers, oral care and feeding etc.
To support with household tasks including meal/drink preparation, essential cleaning, etc.
To support and empower service users to be as independent as possible and Contribute to and work effectively as part of a team.
Provide support in a manner which is sensitive to the service user’s culture, disability, race, age, sexuality, and or religion/belief.
Promote anti-discriminatory practice.
Protect the confidentiality of service users and of Nassh Healthcare Ltd.
Promote the dignity and privacy of service users and have control over their own care and lives.

Respond to emergencies and provide guidance and support to carer staff
Collect old Mar Charts and daily logs and create new mar chart for the beginning of every month
Making sure there is the right paperwork in the client folders. Eg daily logs
Alternate on call with other on call staff members
Making sure client houses have got PPE.
Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies eg uniform policy
Ensure ongoing safety of residents and staff.
Act as a role model for good care, governance practice Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems are maintained Support the Manager with Rotas.
